As we continue to work towards supporting UTF-8 and Unicode, we are updating our API tables. As a result, some API requests may experience intermittent interruptions when interfacing with our API. This will resolve itself completely within the next few days. Please note that this does not affect all users of your application.

In an effort to continually improve our service to customers, we will be performing updates starting Monday, February 23. We expect all updates to be completed by Wednesday, February 25. These updates will include rolling out changes to more completely support multi-lingual character sets in the application. In techie speak, that means UTF-8 and Unicode support. While we do not anticipate any significant service interruption to customers, we will be monitoring for and addressing any incidents that may occur.
